Jesus Peace - SAVE OUR CHILDREN: 80s/90s Talent Show

On the evening of August 9, 2008, Saint Sabina’s young adult outreach group, Jesus Peace, will continue to advance the cause of justice, peace and positive change through our third fundraiser of 2008; an 80s / 90s Talent Show. We’ve affected many lives thus far by raising funds for the Saint Sabina HIV/AIDS Clinic in Ghana, raising funds and awareness to cease genocide in Darfur and this past February we supplied funds toward building the Pongborrong School for children in Sudan.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will help strengthen the Saint Sabina Youth Ministries and assist in raising money for the Save Our Children Fund. The Save our Children Fund was set up by the Faith Community of Saint Sabina to help seek justice for families who lost their child due to gun violence by placing a cash reward for the arrest and conviction of the shooter and to aid families who need help with funeral cost.
